We also assist investors to evaluate companies on an ESG matrix and to integrate this data into their investment-decision process.

  • We represent our clients in German courts and international mediation proceedings with a focus on corporate and commercial matters. In conjunction with local counsel, we also assist German clients in legal and arbitration proceedings abroad.
